Tomorrow at 09:00 there will be 2 DNPs from the University of Hawai'i here to discuss a program that you may be interested in. This program is designed to have a nurse or nursing student "adopt" a child and help lead him to a healthy lifestyle. It can a brother, sister, niece, nephew, or non-relative. Basically you will help him/her learn to make healthy choices r/t diet and exercise. These actions and any benefits will be tracked by yourself (anonymously) via the internet. Please come and join in the discussion about this program tomorrow if you are interested.
You may also ask these very well respected ladies any other questions about nursing and/or your future plans.
