OK, the procedures

For those of you getting the Vermont licensure.

Get the Verification of Education (VoE) pages from me. (if you have not already done so)

Fill out and sign your info.

Pay to get a copy of your original transcripts.

Take these forms WITH you to OAR. Tell them you need BOTH pages of the VoE stamped. You also need your official transcript placed inside an envelope, WITH the VoE. This envelope should be officially sealed by NMC.

Take that envelope and the rest of your application, put it in an Express Mail or Priority Mail envelope and mail it to the VT BON.

I will be on campus tomorrow working on another project, so you can get the froms from me. Or I will leave them in a folder on my desk with VT on it if I am not around.
